2007 Recap - Tom's Trip to Holland Part 1

Tom took advantage of his weekends off in Holland and took some day trips. These pictures are from Maastricht The Netherlands (aka, Holland)

The streets decorated for the holidays.
This water wheel was by a bakery and they used to water wheel to grind wheat. Just like the olden days.
This wall once surrounded the city. The city now extends beyond the wall.

Tom thinks this is part of an old bombed building from World War II. I think it's cool how they put glass behind it.
An old church. The tents are set up for a huge Winter Festival.
